Painting Competition on Pongal festival

On 12 January 2023, Nellai Government Museum and Tamil Nadu Department of Tourism, Tirunelveli conducted a painting competition on Pongal festival for Classes I – V and elocution competition on ‘Tamil Thirunal’ for Classes VI – IX on the occasion of Pongal. More than 300 students participated. I. Juvellita Blessy of Class IV won the second prize and S. S. Mithun of Class V won a special prize in the painting competition. M. Choodamani, S. Karthika, M. S. Darshan Aushik and T. K. Darshini of Class VII won the first, second, third and a special prize respectively. The prize winners were honoured by the Senior Principal Mrs. Pushpaveni Ayyappan.
