‘Internal Engineering- The Heartfulness Way’
An interactive session was organised for the students of grade IX from 10 August to 12 August 2023 on the topic- ‘Internal Engineering- theHeartfulness Way’ by the facilitators- Mr.Harikrishnan and Mr.Sureshbabu from the Heartfulness Institution. They insisted on the importance of teamwork, communication and the physical & mental wellbeing of oneself by conducting various team games and activities.
