On 17th June 2021 and 23 rd June 2021, a digital safety and online well-being workshop was conducted for Classes 9, 10 and 11,12 students respectively by the Centre for Social Research in collaboration with Face book-think digital. The speakers illuminated the role, rights, and responsibilities of digital citizens. ‘A footprint in the sand will wash away with the tide, digital footprints leave traces’. Many people forget this. To make students more aware and safeguard their privacy, there were many suggestions by the speakers. They shed light on people who wait to spread unwanted messages and steal out private information. Simply, this workshop was the need of the hour.
