WORLD WETLANDS DAY
Various activities were conducted for our children of class 1 to 5 to celebrate ” World Wetland Day “. Our children made colourful posters and understood that drainage pollution, overfishing and overexploitation of resources pose a major danger to wetlands. They also learned that wetlands help in the mitigation of climate impact and availability of fresh water.
Healthy wetlands are imperative for a healthy earth is the awareness slogan raised on World Wetlands Day with the intention of saving Wetlands as it plays an integral role in the ecology of the water shed.
