Class VI – Field Trip to The Shelton Company
Class VI children were taken to The Shelton Company , valliyur, along with 4
teachers on 8th November 2022.
Children were divided into 4 groups and were taken to the various units of The
Shelton Factory under the guidance of the Instructor from the Company.
They learnt the various processes involved in manufacturing shirts such as Pattern
Designing, Cutting of Fabric, Sorting, Assembling, and Packaging Section.
The Students gained practical understanding of different textile materials.
