“Environment is no one’s property;
it is everyone’s responsibility to protect.”
To broaden the vision, steps, and responsibilities to protect and enhance the environment a special assembly was conducted online for classes X to XII on 4th June 2021. The program started with a prayer. A short speech by the Grand master Viswanathan Anand highlighting the importance to save environment was presented through a video clipping.
An introductory talk was delivered on the importance of observing World environment day. A voice over presentation was delivered on the topic “Afforestation vs Deforestation”. The vital role of Peace and Health with Environment was illustrated. An edifying quiz was conducted to improve the students’ knowledge on environment. Students took an oath to work together to save our planet from everything harmful. The program ended with the vote of thanks.
In conclusion, our students realised that they must work hand in hand to make this world a healthier and safer place for our future generation.
