The fit india freedom run 3.0 campaigns main objective is to encourage
fitness and help us all to get freedom from obesity, laziness, stress,
anxiety, diseases etc. Pushpalata Matric. Hr. Secondary school had
organised Fit India Freedom Run 3.0 on the 15th october 2022, in which
around 80 students participated. This freedom run was flagged off by the
chief guest Mr. Srinivasan, Deputy Commissioner Of Police, Tirunelveli
City. The freedom run started at Anna Stadium, Palayamkottai and
ended at Maharajanagar Roundtana. The Principal, Vice-Principal,
Physical Education Department and Teacher accompanied the students
in this Freedom Run. Awareness was created not only among the
students but also among those who witnessed this freedom run that
exercising and keeping our body fit are most essential for a healthy body
and mind.
