International Malala Day is celebrated every year on July 12 to salute the Pakistani activist, Malala Yousafzai, who now works for women’s right to education across the globe. To insist the importance of being educated and knowing the right to be educated, Malala day was observed on 12 th July 2021. Teachers prepared power point presentations on the contributions of Malala in empowering girls with right to education. Students of classes 6 to 9 actively participated in the activities conducted and came out with inspiring drawings and posters highlighting the need for girl’s education.
