To emphasize the need to prioritize wetland restoration and to create awareness among the
students to protect the wetlands and maintain the ecological balance The World Wetlands Day is
observed on February, 2. Based on the theme “It’s time for wetlands restoration &, the students of
class 6,7 & 8 were encouraged to write stories, poems and poster making on wetlands restoration.
