PBIS kickstarted it\u2019s first intra-school Futsal and Basketball League 2022 on
March 12, 2022, the finals and presentation ceremony of which was held in the
precincts of the school Futsal turf on March 26, 2022. The event was presided
by Mr. Anthony A Thomas, the Vice Chairman of Confederation of Indian
Industry and the President for SIPCOT Industrial Owners\u2019 Association, in the
presence of the correspondent Mrs. Pushpalata Pooranan, principals of
Pushpalata Schools and teachers in a momentous occasion, reminding
everyone of the days when social distancing was a word unheard of. The aura
of sportsmanship and competitive spirit lit the air and happy faces of both
students and parents thronged the ground just to participate, cheer and enjoy.
Prizes were distributed to the winners, runners, and best players and scorers of
the matches. The chief guest\u2019s speech gave a powerful message on the
importance of sports and the scope for sports as a career choice. The event
