“Red is the colour of love, passion and joy. Happy Red Day”
Our little stars of PBIS celebrated Kinderchrome-Red Day on August 18, 2023, in ‘Nalanda Hall’. The shades of red made our tiny tots feel bright, lively, and cheerful. The tiny tots looked stunning in their red outfits. A special assembly was conducted with emphasis on the significance of the red colour. The little stars started with a prayer song, followed by a welcome speech, dance, fancy dress, a ramp walk, a skit on different blood groups, road signs and signals with safety rules to follow, children talking about the different flags in red and their significance around the world, show and tell about the objects in red, and to end with a vote of thanks. The art and crafts of children were also displayed for the parents to view and feel proud of the tiny achievements of their children. Our principal, vice principal, and parents encouraged the little stars throughout the program. Colours are indeed the smiles of nature. The ‘Red Day’ celebration was a wonderful learning activity that helped children sort and classify objects based on colours, reinforcing cognitive skills. It was a dazzling day, with innocent faces glowing and reflecting brightness, joy, love, and happiness.
